These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the vuko.in workforce management platform, operated by vuko.in ("Company", "we", "us"). By registering an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate business to use vuko.in. By accepting these Terms, you confirm you have authority to bind your organisation.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@vuko.in immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Permitted Use
- Managing employee attendance and GPS-based check-ins
- Processing payment requests, approvals, and bank payments
- Assigning and tracking tasks and projects
- Managing purchase orders, expenses, and vendor payments
4. Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Attempting to access other companies' data or our systems without authorisation
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or copying any part of the platform
- Sending unsolicited communications or spam
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Overloading or interfering with the platform's infrastructure
5. Subscription & Payment
Access is provided on a subscription basis. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
6. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required. You must subscribe to a paid plan to continue after the trial.
7. Data Ownership
All data you enter remains yours. We do not claim ownership over your company data. You grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to provide the service.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.
9. Intellectual Property
The vuko.in platform, software, design, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
10. Third-Party Services
vuko.in integrates with WhatsApp (Meta), OpenAI, Firebase, and banking APIs. Use of these integrations is subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for third-party actions or policies.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Errors in payment processing initiated by your team
- Losses from unauthorised access due to your negligence
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold vuko.in harmless from claims arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend your account immediately for Terms violations, fraud, or non-payment. Data export requests must be made within 30 days of termination.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts. Contact legal@vuko.in first to resolve amicably.
15. Changes to Terms
Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
