Yes. A single account can manage multiple companies and unlimited sites depending on your plan. Each site has its own GPS radius, team, and settings. Managers can be scoped to specific sites.

You set a GPS radius (e.g., 200 metres) for each site from the admin panel. When an employee tries to check in, vuko.in verifies their GPS location against the site's coordinates. If they're outside the radius, check-in is blocked. A photo is captured automatically at the moment of check-in.

vuko.in supports UPI (with QR code and UPI ID), NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS. You can generate NEFT/RTGS batch files for bank upload, verify payments by uploading bank statements, and match UTR numbers automatically using AI.

Yes, with permission. The company admin can grant specific users the ability to check, approve, or both — per company. By default, only company admins can approve. The approval chain is fully configurable.
